Changes to the data protection act 1994 The administration of Ventnor Angling & Social club is held on computer and therefore must comply with changes to the data protection act 1994. We need your approval to (a) keep your details on a computer provided that (b) such details will not be passed on to any organisation or used for anything other than club purposes. The said computer has all necessary software and safeguards to protect information. If you approve of this do nothing.
